WyzeInvest (“we,” “us”) provides research tools that summarize publicly available finance content and generate sentiment metrics.
Information We Collect
- You give us: account and contact details (e.g., email), settings you save (e.g., assets you follow).
- Automatic: device/usage logs (IP, pages viewed, timestamps), cookies for authentication, security, and basic analytics.
- From service providers: limited content needed to operate features (e.g., public video metadata or captions) and the outputs we generate from it (summaries and scores). We do not store raw transcripts by default; we retain summaries/scores to show history.
How We Use Data
Operate and secure the service, personalize features you choose, analyze performance, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We use service providers (hosting, analytics, AI processing, payments) under contracts that limit their use of data to our instructions. We don’t sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and then for a reasonable period; operational logs are kept briefly; summaries/scores are retained to power historical views.
Your Choices
Access, update, or delete your account data; manage email preferences; opt out of non-essential cookies where offered. Regional rights (e.g., California, EU/UK) are honored as applicable.
Security & Children
We use reasonable safeguards. The service isn’t for children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions).
International Transfers
Data may be processed in the U.S. and elsewhere with appropriate safeguards.
